I can’t find my school on the menu, can I add them?
Absolutely! Click this link to add your school. Because we will be shipping a product that needs to be installed, we do require that an administrator sign-off on the order form before we can activate your school.
What happens if our school doesn’t reach its required minimum?
If your school does not reach the required minimum after the 30-days, your school will need to reactivate to start the qualification process from the beginning. Bottle orders will be fulfilled if your schools total order requests is over 150 but your school will not receive a Brita Hydration Station.
How can I reactive my school to try again?
Please contact – email@example.com or 1-877-717-4297 to reinstate your school’s program. Unfortunately people that originally signed up to purchase a bottle will have to reorder their bottle in the new 30-day window.
When will my bottle arrive?
Your bottle will not be shipped until after the 30-day program period. Please look at your school’s individual page to see when the program expires and you will receive your bottle 30 days after that date.
Can I buy bottles from more than one school?
Absolutely! In order to keep the counts accurate you will need to complete separate orders for each school.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the end of the 30-day ordering period.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, please contact – firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-877-717-4297 to cancel your order. Please have your order reference number on hand.
Can we purchase more than 500 bottles?
Yes! There is no limit on the quantity of bottles that can be purchased or the number of Brita® Hydration StationsTM your school can receive.
I’m not a school, can I add my organization?
Absolutely, this program is not limited schools. Please click on this link to add your organization.
How do I tell people about the program?
You can share the program a variety of ways – simply copy the url and share via Facebook, Twitter, email or any other platform.
How can I ensure my payment information is safe?
Your credit card information is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure location on authorize.net. Your credit card information will not be shared and will only be used once to purchase the bottle quantity you selected.
Can I get a different color bottle?
Currently the HydrateU program only offers the bottle in green with a one color logo. For questions contact email@example.com.
